Webmail is so popular these days that it's already overtaken
dedicated desktop email clients such as Microsoft Outlook. It's
so widely used, that it's easier to ask who doesn't have
a webmail account from the "Big 5" (below) than it is
to ask who does.
And that's where the SpecialDelivery Webmail Extension for Firefox
comes in: your family, friends and colleagues are sending their
valuable personal and work related information over an unprotected
internet connection, and storing it unprotected on somebody else's
server.
With the latest version of SpecialDelivery, you can extend your
reach and help to protect them with one click.

Soon we'll be working on a Webmail plugin
for Internet Explorer and one for Microsoft's Outlook desktop
client too.
Everyone will rest easier at night knowing their valuable information
is safe, and they may even thank you (and VaultletSoft) too!
SpecialDelivery gives VaultletMail users the ability to send
encrypted time and view constrained email messages to anyone
in the world, regardless of which email system or client they
use.
This is how it works for recipients who don't yet use the Webmail
Extension for Firefox:

Even though it takes a couple more clicks than the one-click
Webmail Extension for Firefox, anybody can benefit from your desire
to protect and control your communications with them.
Even if they don't have a VaultletMail account!
To see how easy SpecialDelivery is to use,
try this:
Using VaultletMail, compose and address a message
to yourself at your plain-vanilla unprotected non-VaultletMail
email address. Once you've done that, choose the "SpecialDelivery"
option labeled "Protect external messages by encrypting them
before sending" and hit "Send". That's all there
is to it!
Once you or your other recipients receive and read
their first SpecialDelivery message, you'll be able to send them
time and view constrained content whenever you want, just as though
they were using VaultletMail.
Here's what their first "Welcome" message
looks like:
Your recipient receives this message in their
webmail or email client, and right clicks on the message if they're
using the Webmail Extension for Firefox...
...Your recipient then types the passphrase that
protects their messages into the SpecialDelivery Viewer...
...and securely reads (and even respond to) your
message in the SpecialDelivery viewer.

Not only is your message and their response encrypted
and decrypted by the SpecialDelivery Viewer software, but it's
also encrypted again and transmitted via SSL to our servers.
Think about it: you're getting doubly encrypted protection with
one click when you send or respond to a SpecialDelivery message!
