From the very beginning, you've asked us about VaultletSuite 2 Go, design decisions and cryptography, hardware and software requirements, along with usage tips. As you can see, we've answered them here in the support section.
What's so special about that?
Before we released version 1.0 for our first pilot deployment, we decided to do something that's normally just not done: we released our software without any kind of documentation whatsoever.
Was that because we were cheap and/or lazy? Not hardly, we simply decided that we'd rather address our user's need for explanation as their questions arose, as opposed to attempting to divine what questions they were going to need to have answered a priori.
Thus far, it's worked out pretty well. So well in fact, that the questions you see in our support pages here are the result of the questions we were asked when we began to talk about the VaultletSuite or when our friends and colleagues began to use the VaultletSuite.
So, if there's something in our FAQs that you don't see answered here, by all means, drop us a line.
By the way, for every question you take the time to ask us, we'll give you another year of the VaultletSuite for free!
