How to View SpecialDelivery Messages

How to Use the SpecialDelivery Webmail Extension

Note: you need to install the SpecialDelivery Webmail Extension for Firefox before proceeding.

The next time you receive a SpecialDelivery message at your webmail account, all you've got to do is right click on the SpecialDelivery webmail message and choose either:

1) "View SpecialDelivery Message: Applet", or

2) "View SpecialDelivery Message: Local Viewer"

To use the applet (#1 above), you'll need to have Java installed on your computer. To use the "Local Viewer" (#2 above), you'll need to install the VaultletSuite 2 Go on your computer or USB drive.

How to Use the SpecialDelivery Viewer Applet

If you're not using Firefox or the Webmail Extension for Firefox: Simply select and copy the entire SpecialDelivery message (directions below), and then click on this SpecialDelivery Viewer Popup link (once!) to view it.

Instructions

{5}Mouse instruction To copy using your mouse: right click on the message, choose "Select All", right click again, and then select "Copy".

{5}Keyboard instruction To copy using your keyboard: Use "Cntl + A" (or "Command + A" on your Mac) to select all, and then "Cntl + C" (or "Command + C" on your Mac) to copy it.

If the SpecialDelivery Popup Viewer has already been run once, then simply bring that window to the front again and click on its "View" button after following the instructions above.

Great question!

In short: Once the SpecialDelivery Webmail Extension for Firefox finishes beta testing, we'll begin testing our first extension for Internet Explorer.

Once that clears beta, we'll set out sights on Outlook and Safari.
