For those of you who end up seeing this hard-to-reproduce bug (picture below): if you can take a screen shot for us (by hitting Alt-PrintScreen) and send it in to us, we'll give you another 2 years free of our "Blue" service.

You can then "paste" the image into a document created with the word processor of your choice. Once you've done that, send the document in as an attachment to a message addressed to technical [DØT] support [ÃT] vaultletsoft [DØT] com.

Then click on the "Locate" button and navigate to the VS2Go's "jre\bin" folder:

...Then click into your VS2Go installation directory's 'jre/bin' folder...

 

Choose "java.exe" in the "bin" folder and click on "Open"

Choose the 'java.exe' file in the 'bin' folder and click on 'Open'

That's it!
